TEMPORARY COVID-19 RULES & GUIDELINES 

We are excited to welcome you back to the Wicks Patio for limited On-Site Consumption!
In order to remain open and provide the safest experience possible, we are complying by following the guidelines and safety protocols listed below. 
 

P.S. They are OFFICIAL requirements - we didn’t create them but we have to follow them.

The health and safety of our guests, staff, and our community is our foremost priority. We ask that you please take the time to review the rules outlined below and help us assure we are compliant in taking all of the necessary precautions

  • Beer-to-go is still available for take out, curbside pick up, and shipping within CA. If you are not comfortable drinking on site or do not like the current rules, please use one of these options by visiting:

  • A “Meal” purchase is required in order to enjoy beer for on-site consumption, beer and food must be purchased in the same transaction. That means for EVERY split check or tab you close out there must be a food item on it. 

  • Check-In: We will be seating all customers. Check in with our bartender upon arrival and we will direct you to your seat.

  • Group sizes are limited to 6 people maximum (kids included) for a maximum visit of 1.5 hours. No outside food is allowed.

  • Masks are required to enter our space and must be worn when up and moving between your table and other areas. You are not required to wear a mask while eating and drinking.

  • All guests - including furry four-legged friends and those who are under 21 - must be seated at their table with their party for the duration of their visit - unless coming or going, using the restroom, or purchasing merch or beer-to-go. 

  • Once at your table, please use the QR code located in the center of your table to view our contactless menu. To reduce paper waste and limit the spread of COVID-19, all menus will be contactless. We do not have paper menus to provide.  

  • Please observe social distancing requirements between your party and others! 

 

WE PLEDGE TO

  • Continue to operate with full sanitation and food safety guidelines.

  • Clean & sanitize all high-traffic & high-touch surfaces.

  • Sanitize all guest areas frequently (such as tables and chairs after every guest).

  • Adhere to social distancing guidelines both indoors and outdoors.

  • Make hand-washing and hand sanitizing areas available to all guests.

  • Screen all employees for symptoms before every shift.

  • Provide personal protective equipment to all staff & require use at all times.

 

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

  • Maintain 6ft of social distancing between you and other guests (who are not in your party)

  • Wear masks and other acceptable facial coverings when you are moving about the patio/taproom.

  • Do not congregate in groups or linger between tables if you are not in that party.

  • If you have tested positive, feel ill or have symptoms of COVID-19 or have reason to believe you’ve been exposed or have tested positive — do not visit - stay home! (You can still safely enjoy what Wicks has to offer by ordering contactless delivery through DoorDash and Grubhub!)

  • Please be patient as we work out the best ways to serve you safely. 

  • Please refrain from harassing our staff about the guidelines we have been required to follow, they're just doing their job.
